This 45 minute Zoom call is a complementary session that gives us the opportunity to see if we’re a correct fit and it gives you the space to ask any questions you may have around coaching or the program itself.

What does the Business Start-up session cost?
Absolutely Nothing! It's completely free. This 45 minute session gives you a taster of what coaching is like, gives you the opportunity to see what coaching is all about and holds space for you to ask any and all questions you have around the program or coaching itself. For me, it is important that we are the right fit and the Business Start-up allows us to find out with no strings attached.
Is a Business Start-up session a sales call?
It's not a hard sales call, of course at the end if I feel we are a good fit, I will let you know about the programs I feel you could benefit from, but it’s not in alignment for me to force a sale, I’ve had that done to me in the past and it benefits neither party involved. It has to be a full body yes from you and me. And if we don't end up moving forward, you still come away from the session with an action plan so that you can make the first step in your coaching business regardless.
Do I have to prepare for anything?
You don't have to prepare, but in order to get the most out of the time, coming to the session with something you'd like to work on or an idea of what your goals are is always helpful.
Is it like an interview?
Far from it! We are mama's! if you have no make up and a mum bun, don't worry - no judgement here. Coaching is all about feeling comfortable enough to bring up the blocks holding you back. If I can hear Bluey in the background or your little one makes an appearance to ask for a snack, That's OK! (If we do end up working with each other, we can schedule calls around the kids' needs again, I'm a mama, I get it!)
Do I need to have a business idea already?
Nope! This session is perfect whether you’ve got tons of ideas, one strong one, or no idea where to begin. As a coach I will help you uncover what feels aligned for you and how to turn it into a coaching business.
I don't have the time right now, will there be space to book a session in the future?
Spaces for these free sessions are very limited as I of course prioritise my paying clients and only open a small number of complimentary calls each month. Once they’re gone, they’re gone — and it's pot luck if any more become available.
